what does the status of the commander say in Leader view and what does the action of the commander say in the Fleet view?   would you please post a screenshot here of the leader view and fleet view?

There are several comms stuck on corsairs for several people on Gemini as well...  And one that seems to be in a perminant battle cause i have a stuck battle icon for them and clicking on it does nothing...  Clicking any return available for these doesn't work either.  There's issues with TP's as well still getting stuck (I have one now stuck... going to see what i can do about it, but i don't know if anyone will be able to take out that fleet...)

seems to be the same all over , my battle swords have been there for 6 hrs now cant see what it is, stuck in corsairs tps colonies etc , cant open any npc battle and just seems to be getting worse

There seems to be something becoming fatally flawed going on here and if it's not fixed in a timely manner odds are that you will loose considerable playerbase from what people have been saying.  While I do understand that this can be difficult, this is what people are saying... : y: ^: G/ g+ L

from what i've been getting from ppl about corsairs is the battles sometimes come and they hang at the end or they just never come. I suspect that the ones that never come are people who are hitting corsairs after someone else has.  I've noticed that there doesn't seem to be any notifications of ppl on them and I haven't had the normal collisions that happen occasionally.  My guess is it's something with the battles where after you fight the npc you fight pvp.  But that's just off of what I've been observing...

I have commanders stuck in every situation that I've read here but there are situations where I haven't been able to get them to stick...on resource nodes and raids. Or in other words any time that the leader autoreturns without requiring a confirmation window to pop up. Has anyone had a different experience?

# g8 U4 Q0 a1 m2 t, ?) P( KEvery time i do a team instance instead of the commander that is supposed to show it shows a battle icon with a comm that is stuck on a corsair.  Clicking on it doesn't work and i can't see the battles.  Might be where a problem lies?

This is not a difficult situation to understand, the last major upgrade adding, Team instance and the fort change has caused the problem. Reset the server to the old position and then install either team instance and team fort upgrade a week apart . This does not explain fleets been stuck, defending a base, fleet stuck in captured bases, fleet stuck in Trading posts. I have 8 commanders stuck in all different situations now for 3 days. This upgrade has been a total disaster, and i have heard no apology or explanation offered to your customers. So to summaries you introduced a major upgrade that didn't work, is still not working and nearly one week later the response has been pathetic. Merge the two servers you must be joking. Wake up Technical support, rewind.. Y  e" H9 N9 x. Y* `
