Capital Chassis bug

I have resourcess that i need,but in covert research i find every time lvl 2 chassis....but i cant study that since i dont have lvl 1 yet...and that lvl 1 never show in covert.

you just need to refresh it a bunch of times or wait for it to show up. it takes a while some times.

the resource taken for research is from your home colony. so make sure your home colony has enough resources for researches

why do you think i made that picture,and yes,is from home colony.u see that i have enough HM there,problem is that covert research only give me lvl 2....so how i supose to study that crap if never give me lvl 1?That is a game bug.
