Obliterate Needs Improvement

I suggest either making the quantity of torpedo damage play a role in how much of the base is destroyed or the number of stacks used in obliterate, i.e. I send multiple commanders with torpedo ships on the same obliterate run and I destroy more buildings or building lvl's

I second that   lol  harsh punishment should be an option

Further results: Against a lvl 2 shield 19 basic torpedo cruisers failed, the torpedoes were level 1 but the amount of firepower should easily overcome a low level shield, there is also the possibility of large ship torpedo bombers that should be a viable option in these kinds of situations. Since there is about a 48 super ship limit and roughly half that number fails consistently against a low level shield I think it is safe to say that pvp is effectively cock-blocked at this point, only harassment can occur but no real punishment, socially this will make it impossible for players to self govern etiquette in game if they are unable to exact harsh punishment for poor behavior and harassment

Testing results:
I have sent a single torp destroyer on an obliteration run alone and it succeeded once then failed once, several 1-5 cruiser stacks all succeeded, what building was knocked down a lvl was random and never more than one level even when sending 30 torpedo cruisers. I also had a group of 19 cruisers fail an obliteration run, each fail is the same report of not enough damage which is either a random fail with no actual factors aside from being random or different buildings have different hp. If different buildings have different hp then it needs re-balanced as there is a limit of about 40-50 cruisers a max charisma commander can have, as such obliterate will be completely irrelevant as a very important and much needed factor in the live game, 20 cruisers (roughly half the max a maxed out commander can use) should have enough damage to destroy every building in a base or obliterate will be a joke and a matter of frustration for live game. Its good that it is not too easy to destroy a persons base, but it still needs to be do-able under practical circumstances, when alliances war with each other it will be of the utmost importance to be able to destroy opponents bases rather than just steal resources and it will be necessary for groups of 10 players to be able to demolish a mid-level base in a day, otherwise obliterate will be a pointless joke

Also, if the different levels of torpedoes would factor in it would make them relevant, as it stands torpedoes only have one use, or you can give them a constant smaller fire in battle as a weapon in addition to the special big bomb, but torpedoes are sorely lacking atm
