Arena Challenges

What happened? (As detailed as you can)
Arena Challenges did not reset.

When did it happen? (Exact server time is preferred)
My Last Arena Challenge was at 08-02 22:50:04 Game Time. My last Quest completion was at 08-02 23:14:04. When I got up this morning all quests had been reset, but the Arena Challenges did not reset.

Your Assistance in this matter is greatly appreciated.
